'Lego House' heartthrob Ed Sheeran has opened up about the kitten he recently adopted, which he has named Graham. 

Last week, the superstar told his Twitter followers that he had adopted the cat after learning it was going to be put down and he spoke about Graham at the GRAMMY Awards, telling reporters that

"I did just adopt a kitten. It basically had been through quite a tough time. It was a little kitten. It was very, very malnourished, and was going to be put down 'cause it was quite ill."

Sheeran added: "He's called Graham. He got into the house and just walked into the corner and stood there for about an hour, just staring at the wall. I felt really bad, but we'll get him back to normal."

Last Thursday, the singer-songwriter told his Twitter followers that he will give Graham the affection and attention that he needs in order to recover: "Graham needs a lot of TLC, have a feeling his previous owners weren't that nice, he's shy too."
