Joe Jonas has commented on his friendship with Taylor Swift.

The two US stars dated in 2008, but they later split.

The latter's track 'Forever & Always' is supposedly penned about Jonas, but he told Access Hollywood that they're now on good terms.

Jonas said: "[Taylor is] great. Yeah, we're friends. In this industry you meet a lot of people and you stay in touch. 

"Obviously, it's tough to be friends with people that are always constantly travelling, but yeah, we're cool."

The former Jonas Brother added that he is a "single man", despite speculation linking him to model Gigi Hadid.
