McFly guitarist Danny Jones has revealed that his bandmates will act as best men at his wedding.

The musician is due to marry Georgia Horsley in August and he told Hello! that there might be around six best men in total.

His bandmates Harry Judd, Tom Fletcher and Dougie Poynter will all be included in the line-up, with Jones saying:

"I said to Georgia, 'How many can I have?' and she said, 'It's up to you', so I'm having six best men. We're like brothers. Our backgrounds are so different but we all got on so amazingly well. We have a connection on another level to everything else."

Speaking about how he proposed, Jones added: "We want to move house and I had this idea I'd put the engagement ring on the keys to a new house, a double whammy. Then I thought, 'Maybe I'll propose on my birthday.' Then I was like, 'What am I waiting for?' I knew I wanted to do it. She is just the happiest person to be around. It's so effortless. And she understands my banter."
