McFly's Dougie Poynter has confirmed his relationship with Ellie Goulding.

The bassist has regularly been linked with the 'Burn' singer after being pictured together.

The duo were recently snapped in Manchester holding hands and Poynter has now confirmed the relationship on McBusted's new ITV2 documentary.

When asked by presenter Fearne Cotton about the relationship, the musician said:

"Yeah. All is good in that area."

The first part of the documentary aired in the UK on Wednesday (May 21) and the second part will drop tonight (May 22).

McBusted - who comprise of members of McFly and Busted - are currently touring the UK.
