One Direction star Louis Tomlinson has told fans to expect a "weird" new video.

The band have been busy working on the promo clip for their new single 'Steal My Girl'.

Behind the scenes pictures show the group in a desert-esque environment with sumo wrestlers, whilst Danny DeVito will appear as the video's director.

Speaking on Twitter on Wednesday (October 15), singer Tomlinson said of the video:

"Still soooo excited for you to see the video for steal my girl !! It's pretty weird..."

'Steal My Girl' meanwhile is No.2 on this week's midweek UK singles chart update.
