One Direction's new single and accompanying video are set to be unveiled later today (September 20).

The popular boyband are unleashing 'Live While We're Young' as the lead single from new album 'Take Me Home', which has a November 12 release date.

The song is due to be released on September 30 and photos of the boys filming its video had previously emerged.

The song and video however leaked online today and it prompted One Direction to hold a quick webchat this afternoon.

The quintet confirmed that the song will be revealed on radio at 5pm UK time, with the video following at 6pm.

One Direction meanwhile are set to play the iTunes Festival at London's Roundhouse venue tonight.
