Louis Tomlinson vomits after hefty tackle in charity football match

One Direction's Louis Tomlinson didn't have the best of days at a charity football game on Sunday (September 8).

The singer was taking part in a special match at Celtic Park in Glasgow to raise funds for charities picked by former player Stiliyan Petrov, who recently retired from the game after suffering from cancer.

A host of big names took to the pitch for the game and Tomlinson also made a cameo - but he was subbed off and subsequently threw up at the side of the pitch.

He was on the receiving end of a boisterous tackle from Aston Villa's Gabriel Agbonlahor before being substituted soon after.

The 'Kiss You' man, however, was then seen vomiting into his hands at the dug-out before being led away down the tunnel.

Martin O'Neil, who was managing the team Tomlinson played for, said after the game:

"Agbonlahor smashed into him and he picked himself up and he was ill at the dressing room area. He has rushed off now but I think he is fine - he doesn't know where he is but I think he is fine."
