Queen and Adam Lambert have added a New Zealand date to their tour schedule.

The band were previously confirmed to visit Australia later this year, but they have now included a show in Auckland.

They will play the Vector Arena on September 3, with tickets going on sale from July 24.

The veteran rockers and Lambert are currently touring across arenas in North America.

They also have dates lined up in Asia as they continue to cement their flourishing relationship with vocal powerhouse Lambert.
