Christina Aguilera and Jordan Bratman are now officially divorced.

The couple had to wait out a six-month period after filing divorce papers to end their five-year marriage.

The divorce papers were filed in October 2010 before the split was made public. They will have joint custody over their three-year-old son, Max. Possessions will be distributed as agreed in their prenuptial agreement.
