Lady Gaga feeling "woozy" but recovering after being hit with pole

Lady Gaga has updated fans on her health condition after being hit with a pole whilst on tour.

As previously reported, the singer was performing in New Zealand on Sunday (June 10) when one of her backing dancers accidentally hit her on the head with a pole.

She was reported as saying on stage that she thought she might have concussion, but she played the rest of the set anyway.

Tweeting earlier today (June 12), Gaga thanked fans for their messages of support and gave an update on her condition. She said:

"Thank you so much for all the thoughtful messages. I feel a bit woozy but a little better everyday. Very happy to be in beautiful Australia."

She then posted a photo of herself after "hours of sleep", suggesting that she may have a black eye. She tweeted:

"Emerging from hours of sleep. Still remiss if I should go outside, with this clonker I may be of questionable styling."
