Dave Grohl, Queens of the Stone Age and Nine Inch Nails to close Grammys

Dave Grohl will head an all-star rock supergroup for this year's Grammy's closing performance.

The music awards ceremony is due to take place on Sunday (January 26) in Los Angeles and they have confirmed that it will end on a high.

Foo Fighters man Grohl will be joined by Queens of the Stone Age, Nine Inch Nails and Fleetwood Mac founder Lindsey Buckingham for the show's finale.

The former three acts are all nominated for Grammys, whilst Buckingham is merely attending as a spectator.

Other acts due to perform at the star-studded show include Taylor Swift, Katy Perry, Metallica, Sir Paul McCartney and Daft Punk.

The bill continues with the likes of Lorde, Stevie Wonder and Robin Thicke.
