Fifth Harmony's Camila Cabello on being real: 'Staying true to yourself is so important'

Songstress Camila Cabello, of Fifth Harmony fame, has given her opinion on what it means to be 'real' in a new promotional campaign for skincare brand, Clean & Clear.

In the video, which can be seen below, the raven-haired beauty confessed that inner confidence shines through when you're being true to who you are and it's important to be your 'real self' at all times:

"I think it's so important for me to be seen as myself. I think when you are being completely 100% you to people, you feel happy that way and it doesn't matter if other people have a problem with that because you're confident in who you are and what you want to be."

"I think being the real me means... I mean, being real, which I think is the best thing you can possibly get. Whether it's good or bad - if you're being real, that's what matters."

On April 15, Cabello tweeted to her fans and explained that her group's new music will be taking a different turn from what they have released previously: "Our music is definitely taking a different turn, going to the same place but up a different street, I think you're gonna dig it a lot."
