Pharrell Williams and Taylor Swift have been confirmed to appear on this weekend's X Factor.

The two US stars will perform on the TV talent show on Sunday night (October 12).

Williams will perform his new single 'Gust of Wind', whilst Swift will sing 'Shake It Off'.

The X Factor's Saturday (October 11) episode will see the remaining 12 acts perform alongside four wildcard artists.

Pharrell Williams meanwhile unveiled the video for 'Gust of Wind' today (October 7).

The promo clip sees the track's collaborators Daft Punk feature in the form of two stone helmets.
