OWS' Oritsé Williams working in studio with Rihanna

OWS star Oritsé Williams is working in the studio with Rihanna.

The former JLS singer has returned to the industry with the project OWS following the split of his band in 2013.

The Guardian have run a new interview with the Brit and they state that Williams is "currently in the studio" with Rihanna, Miguel and Elijah Blake.

Rihanna is working on her eighth studio album ahead of an expected 2015 release.

Speaking meanwhile about breaking into the US market, Williams added:

"A lot of people go into the studio saying: 'I want to make a record that sounds like X’, but the artists who’ve been successful in the US – Adele, Sam Smith, Ed Sheeran – just make music they love.

“I can’t rely on riding a wave I’ve already rode. While I’m proud of what JLS did, I’m not afraid of starting from scratch in the US where nobody knows my history.”
