The Hoosiers share new EP 'The Wheels Fell Off' ahead of new album's release

Hitmakers The Hoosiers delighted fans today by sharing a link to brand new material ahead of the release of their next album, which will be available on October 9.

Tweeting about this exciting surprise release this morning, the band explained that it's from their forthcoming new studio record: "Oh, by the way, we've just released a new EP today (SURPRISE)! It's from our upcoming album, 'The Secret Service'...."

The Hoosiers also recently announced that bassist Martin Skarendah has quit the band and told their fans on Facebook that they all wish him the best: "After eleven years of battling side-by-side, finding our feet, losing our minds and touching our toes we're announcing that Martin will not be working on the upcoming album with us, nor continuing his journey as a Hoosier."

"We love Martin and sincerely wish him the best in his current and future projects. We actually mean that last sentence, too, it's not just a vacuous space-filler that you'd expect from this sort of missive! It feels strange to be writing this, but in order for The Hoosiers to carry on as a band that could continue to make music for you cherished listeners, it was a decision we all had to reach."

You can pre-order their new album, 'The Secret Service', here and you can stream their new EP on Spotify by clicking here. The EP's tracklisting is as follows:

  1. The Wheels Fell Off
  2. Pristine
  3. Fidget Brain - Live
  4. Worried About Ray - Live
  5. Don't Say What Nobody Wants To Hear - Acoustic
