James Bay has confirmed a couple of new forest shows.

The singer-songwriter will perform two dates in the summer as part of the Forestry Commission's Forest Live gig series.

The first concert will take place at Thetford Forest in Brandon on July 1.

The second is scheduled for July 8 at Cannock Chase, in Rugeley.

Tickets will go on sale from 9am on Friday (January 29).

Other acts who have confirmed Forest Live dates for 2016 include Rudimental, Simply Red, John Newman and Guy Garvey.

Paul Heaton and Jacqui Abbott are also lined up to play.

Bay's dates meanwhile will sandwich a previously show at Manchester's Castlefield Bowl on July 6.
