Producer and DJ Martin Garrix promises Justin Bieber collaboration

Producer and DJ Martin Garrix, real name Martijn Garritsen, has revealed that he and Justin Bieber are currently "throwing ideas around" and will team up for a musical duet.

During an interview with the MailOnline, the DJ explained that he and Bieber will definitely collaborate in the future: "I'm still in the process of throwing ideas around."

Garrix admitted that while there's no rush, a joint project is definitely on the cards for them: "For us both there's no hurry, no rush in making music together. There will be a song in the future."

Bieber, meanwhile, recently collaborated on a song with Diplo for Major Lazer called 'Cold Water' and Diplo praised his input, telling BBC Radio 1:

"It sounds like Major Lazer, it's got a dancehall tempo. Ed Sheeran actually wrote it with us. It's got African guitar and a kind of dancehall groove to it, but it sounds like a Bieber song. He just killed it. The vocal tracking sounds like 100 per cent Justin Bieber."
