Iconic rockers The Rolling Stones have announced details of a brand new studio album entitled Blue & Lonesome, their first in over a decade. 

The band shared the exciting news via Twitter this afternoon (October 6) and posted the following message: "The Rolling Stones return to the blues with Blue & Lonesome, their first studio album in over a decade. Released December 2nd, Blue & Lonesome is available to pre-order now at http://rollingstones.com."

The album is scheduled to arrive on December 2 and fans can pre-order copies online now. The "Satisfaction" legends are currently displaying an "interactive 360 format" look at the record's official artwork over on their Facebook page.
