Michael Ball and Alfie Boe set to land festive UK No.1 album

Michael Ball and Alfie Boe are in line to spend a second week at No.1 on the UK albums chart, bagging this year's Christmas record in the process.

The duo's recent effort 'Together' hit the top spot on Friday (December 16) and it has sold another 44,000 units since then in the lead up to Christmas. Elvis Presley's 'The Wonder of You' is close behind at No.2 after rising a couple of places.

On Monday's (December 19) chart update, Little Mix's 'Glory Days' is a non-mover at No.3, while The Rolling Stones' 'Blue & Lonesome' drops from No.2 to No.4. Olly Murs' '24 HRS' rounds off the top five.

David Bowie's 'Legacy' rises five places to No.15, Aled Jones' 'One Voice at Christmas' is up to No.21 and Jack Savoretti's Sleep No More rockets up 39 spots to No.27.
