The stars give their opinions on the Diamond Jubilee Concert

The fantastic Diamond Jubilee Concert is currently underway and some of the performers from the line up have opened up about how it feels to have taken part in such a memorable event.

Jessie J, who took the stage earlier this evening (June 4) with her fellow Voice coach Will.i.Am, tweeted a message to her Heartbeats explaining how "overwhelmed" she was to have been included in the proceedings and wrote:

"A moment I will NEVER forget. WOW. #queenjubilee The uk know how to party! Thousands of flags :O overwhelmed x"

Meanwhile, Gary Barlow thanked Cheryl Cole for doing a "brilliant job" collaborating with him on a cover of Lady Antebellum's 'Need You Now" and also shared a photograph of himself posing with Take That bandmate Robbie Williams.

Hitmaker Ed Sheeran, who treated the crowds to a stunning rendition of 'The A Team', joked that singer Grace Jones (pictured above left) had made a strange comment to him when they bumped into each other backstage and revealed: "Quote of the day from Grace Jones... "hello ed, you look like my granddaughter."

Before Will.i.Am's performance, he tweeted: "About to hit the stage....#diamondjubilee my mom is proud of this moment...."

He later added that he was so excited to have been invited to take part that he now feels British: "brit.i.am...I don't think ill ever be the same again...#iambritish."
