Ronnie Wood teases future Rolling Stones shows

Rolling Stones guitarist Ronnie Wood has suggested the band could perform again this year.

The veteran rockers performed a small batch of gigs in the UK and US in 2012 to celebrate their 50th anniversary.

The group are heavily rumoured to be headlining this year's Glastonbury Festival, although no confirmation has yet been issued.

However, Wood hinted that more live shows could indeed be in the offing when taking part in a Twitter Q&A. Replying to a fan who asked what it was like to perform the concerts last year, the guitarist said:

"Not enough ~ get ready for more."

Wood also told another fan to "watch this space" whilst discussing a possible return to the live circuit.
