Sharon Osbourne has opened up about her husband's drink and drugs relapse.

As previously reported, heavy metal icon Ozzy Osbourne revealed in a Facebook post recently that he has been drinking and taking drugs over the last 18 months after a period of being sober.

He did, however, deny reports that he would be getting a divorce from wife Sharon, who he has been married to since 1982.

Speaking on US TV show The Talk, Sharon Osbourne admitted that whilst they aren't divorcing, she is currently "not happy" as her husband recovers from using prescription drugs. The media star said:

"I am devastated right now. It's a disease that not only hurts the person who has the disease, but it hurts the family. It hurts people who love you."

She concluded: "This too shall pass. Otherwise my husband will be taken to hospital to get my foot removed from his ass."
