Jennifer Lopez and Ed Sheeran are among the latest additions to the line-up of this year's Billboard Music Awards.

The star-studded event is due to take place in Las Vegas on May 19 and its bill is similarly glitzy.

Lopez and Sheeran join already announced acts such as Taylor Swift, Justin Bieber and Christina Aguilera.

Other new additions to the line-up are Chris Brown, Nicki Minaj and Lil Wayne.

As previously reported, country popper Swift, Maroon 5 and fun. are leading the way in the nominations, who are all up for 11 gongs.
