Ariana Grande and Nathan Sykes have shot a music video together.

The US star and the Wanted man have teamed up for the song 'Almost Is Never Enough', which is due to feature on the the Mortal Instruments soundtrack.

Grande tweeted that she had a great day filming the video for the song, saying on the social networking wesbite:

"Laughed the whole day long with @nathanthewanted and @scooterbraun what a fun shoot, wonderful peeps. Beyond exhausted...goodnight guys ily."

Manager Scooter Braun meanwhile posted a photo from the shoot alongside the text:

"This video is giving everyone shivers. What a voice!!"

Grande meanwhile is due to release her debut album 'Yours Truly' on September 3.
