A pilot who was killed in a recent plane crash (October 29) named country-pop beauty Taylor Swift as his next of kin, it has been revealed. 

A man named Michael Callan was killed in a plane crash at Nashville Airport, Tennessee, which was 500 miles from the supposed destination of his single-engine Cessna that he was supposed to be flying to Pelee Island Airport just 37-miles from his point of origin. 

The 'I Knew You Were Trouble' beauty's publicist, Paula Erickson, emailed a statement to The Tennessean newspaper, which explained that Swift has no idea who the man is and they have never met:

"The first we heard of this was when the appropriate authorities contacted Taylor’s management about the crash. Taylor does not know this person.”

Callan's sister, Jody Quenneville, told the press that the family is shocked and can't understand how he ended up in Tennessee when he was meant to be heading towards Canada.
