Monday, June 21: A’Ziah “Zola” King, the woman behind what is called “the greatest story ever tweeted,” plus actor and playwright Colman Domingo who stars in the movie adaptation of the tweets. And, the stars of Netflix’s “Sex/Life” Sarah Shahi, Mike Vogel and Adam Demos. Also, a mom who lost her sense of self in her marriage. Later, get ready for a glow up with our latest Tam Fam Deal.

Tuesday, June 22: Singer, actress and “The Masked Dancer” panelist Ashley Tisdale opens up about her breast implant removal and expecting her first child. Plus, Marlee Matlin discusses her latest projects celebrating people with disabilities. And, comedian Amber Ruffin and her sister Lacey Lamar on how they use laughter to tackle tough topics including racism, plus their new book. (OAD: 1/29/21)

Wednesday, June 23: A candid conversation about men and weight: hip-hop legend Busta Rhymes on his dramatic weight loss, as well as his new album. And, former NFL player Patrick Devenny, whose struggle to live up to the “perfect” body led him to an extreme eating disorder, is encouraging other men to speak out about mental health. Plus, activist and actress Alyssa Milano discusses how she is inspiring a new generation of female leaders, the latest book of her children’s series and her podcast. (OAD: 11/23/21)

Thursday, June 24: Podcast king, comedian, author and actor Marc Maron opens up about his life, unconventional career path and sudden loss of his partner in a daytime exclusive. Plus, uncovering the best podcasts to add to your playlist. (OAD: 2/3/21)

Friday, June 25: “Road Trippin’ with Tamron” – From the harbor to the ballpark, Spring Refresh Week takes to the road as Tamron visits Baltimore for a refreshing look at the sights, food and people of “Charm City.” Highlights include three creators whose love for Baltimore is putting the city on the map; an interview with star Orioles’ pitcher John Means, plus Tamron throws out the first pitch; a retired teacher who turned his unbridled love of horses into a mission to saddle up city kids for success; how the community rallied to support restaurants during the pandemic; and more.
