Alexandra Burke thinks people should stay out of Rihanna and Chris Brown's business

Alexandra Burke has given her opinion on the situation between R&B sensation Chris Brown and his former girlfriend Rihanna, and admitted that the fact that they're both famous made everything more serious.

In a new interview with TaleTela, the 'Elephant' superstar explained that being in the limelight means that anything personal becomes a matter of public interest by default and everyone feels compelled to give their opinion or to be openly judgemental:

"It's hard because I'm a fan of his music, I'm a fan of Rihanna. The situation that happened between them two I think it was an unfortunate situation."

"What I feel is that if they weren't in the media, nobody would be talking about it, they'd be handling it themselves, so people should let them handle it, keep quiet and let it be."

Brown recently came under fire for his live set at the 2012 GRAMMYs and the ceremony's bosses were forced to defend their decision to include him as performer
