Jeff, 30 works as an IT consultant. Born in Lyon, France he lived there until 18, moved to Montreal, Canada to study and then in 2016 came to London.

How would you describe your style of cooking?

“I would say Mediterranean style (French, Italian, Greek) with some hints of exotic flavours from all my travel discoveries. My style is very classic when it comes to certain dishes but will also show a little twist of flavour.”

What is your earliest cooking memory?

“Making gnocchi’s with my Italian grandma. I was around six years old and she was teaching me how to shape them nicely with a fork and some flour.”

Why did you enter MasterChef?

“My dad is Italian, my mum Greek, but I grew up in France. I’ve travelled a lot and feel like I have lots of inspirations when it comes to cooking. I’m always cooking for my friends and they’ve been saying for ages to enter, so I thought why not showcase my unique style on MasterChef!”

What is your food dream?

“My food dream would be to open a restaurant with fusion vibes from all my backgrounds. To convey to people my energy and all my food & cocktail experiences from all my travels.”
