Bastille are odds-on to land their second No.1 UK album this week.

The group are topping the midweek chart update with their latest effort 'Wild World'.

The record - the band's second to date - is 7,500 units ahead of its nearest rival, Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds' new entry 'Skeleton Tree'.

At No.3 on the midweek update is fellow newbie 'Braver Than We Are' by Meat Loaf.

Following at No.4 is another new entry - 'Live At The Hollywood Bowl' by The Beatles.

Rounding off the top five is KT Tunstall's new release 'Kin'.

Teenage Fanclub's 'Here' debuts at No.6, while Twin Atlantic's 'GLA' opens at No.9.
