The famed Magic Radio event always kicks off the festive season in style and this year is no exception as once again a magical night with the UK’s biggest music stars promises incredible live music and performances to get everyone into the Christmas spirit.

Taking to that iconic Palladium stage this year will be Read All About It singer Emeli Sandé. Emeli is releasing her fifth album, How Were We To Know, in November having recently delighted fans of that incredible voice with the first single from that album – There For You.

Pop legend Rick Astley will also be appearing at the Palladium, fresh from his Glastonbury dominating performance on the festival’s legendary Pyramid Stage. Magic of Christmas show-goers will be able to hear Rick ahead of the start of his UK headline tour which sees him play arenas across the UK throughout 2024.

Also on the line-up are soul legends Simply Red – one of the UK’s most enduring and successful bands. Sixty million album sales worldwide and 1.8 billion streams speak to a band consistently at the top of their game, delighting audiences everywhere thanks to frontman Mick Hucknall’s incredible vocals.

Joining them will be Texas who recently announced a 2024 arena tour following the recent release of greatest hits album Texas: The Very Best Of 1989-2023. The 24 tracks contained on the album highlight the versatility and musicianship of one of Scotland’s most successful groups.
