Billie Eilish Remembers Angus Cloud at Lollapalooza

During her headlining set at Lollapalooza, Chicago, on Thursday night (August 3), Billie Eilish dedicated her performance of "Never Felt So Alone" from the TV show 'Euphoria' to Angus Cloud, who passed away at his family's home in Oakland at the age of 25. After finishing the song, Eilish yelled: "RIP to Angus Cloud, everybody".

For the performance, Eilish wore a Chicago Bulls jersey with red accents, and was introduced by Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson.

The 21-year-old Grammy-award winning singer's performance came after Cloud's co-star Dominic Fike also paid tribute to the late actor during a show at Houston’s 713 Music Hall.

The musician and actor said: "I guess I lost a friend of mine recently. He died the other night, which is wild to say because I don’t deal with grief often. I haven't had a lot of death happen around me, and this was the first time I feel like I knew the person well enough to cry over and feel something. It was weird."

Elish's marathon 75-minute set fitted in 24 total numbers, including a powerful drum circle beginning to "bury a friend," early hit "ocean eyes" and a three-part acoustic block with Eilish seated next to her talented producer and brother Finneas O'Connell.
