Wołno is proud to present its fifth release Bazrah’s mini album “Not made to fit”. A seven track project taking hip hop as its core whilst cross pollinating from genres such as techno, drum & bass and electronica.
Old school vibes start off with “Sauf”’s booming 808 and metallic percussive riff framed as a peak time techno stomper. Sci Fi themes swirl about as the hypnotic arpeggiator of “Jupiter” pulls you into its spacey embrace. “Honest” fuses squidgy synths and jump up breaks to form one hefty upfront beat. Scattered hi hats meld with the morphing synth bass to create the distortedly experimental “Tennis Shoes”. Dance flavours of “May I Use Your Data” allows the fuzzy and insistent riff climbs into your head. Deep and sparse “G - G” is a funky stripped down roller: (One for the heads). Final Track “Krone” erratic synth compliments its hefty bass, pounding drums and catchy riffs combine to round out a complete, short and not so sweet mini album.
