Everyone’s favourite ranger is back for a second series full of adventures exploring the natural world around us. Ranger Hamza and his team of Ramblers go on eco quests discovering everyday wonders and the important role they play in our environment.

Following the hugely successful Let’s Go For a Walk, Ranger Hamza guides the Ramblers on eco quests, exploring the role of an individual species to reveal a connected snapshot of the natural world to the CBeebies audience. The series is filmed with the Ramblers, young children exploring and sharing their knowledge of the outdoors with expert wildlife cameraman and presenter Hamza Yassin.

From flora and fauna like sunflowers and reeds & rushes, to orchards and chalk streams, to little beasts like woodlice, beetles and earthworms, Ranger Hamza and the Ramblers uncover the hidden triumphs of nature. In episode one they discover that woodlice are nature’s cleaners, cleaning up old leaves and deadwood and helping to recycle nutrients back into the soil.

The series has been developed by Hello Halo Kids to encourage children to learn about and connect with the natural world around them from an early age.

A series of three-minute mini quests are available on iPlayer and the brand new series (20 x 14’) starts on CBeebies from 27 November.
