29 April 2024 – More artists to be confirmed tomorrow morning from 7am on Capital Breakfast with Jordan North, Chris Stark and Sian Welby.

The UK’s BIGGEST summer party, Capital’s Summertime Ball with Barclaycard, will return to London’s Wembley Stadium! 80,000 Capital listeners and a massive line-up of the world’s hottest artists will descend upon the iconic venue on Sunday 16th June.  

The first huge names confirmed for Capital’s Summertime Ball with Barclaycard were revealed on Capital Breakfast this morning by Jordan North, Chris Stark and Sian Welby. David Guetta, Perrie, Sabrina Carpenter, Benson Boone, Rudimental, Jax Jones, Bradley Simpson and Caity Baser are all confirmed to play on Sunday 16th June.

GRAMMY-winning global icon David Guetta, was the first name to be announced this morning. The international trailblazer and global sensation is behind some of the biggest dance tracks of all time and will bring the massive party vibes to the Ball, getting 80,000 Capital listeners up on their feet during his set. David Guetta has collaborated with some of the world’s biggest stars including SIA, Nicki Minaj, Rihanna, Justin Bieber and Ariana Grande, and continues to dominate the global charts with his hit singles.

Singer Perrie will be making her solo debut at Capital’s Summertime Ball. Perrie rose to fame as a member of one of the best-selling girl groups of all time, Little Mix. Little Mix, who have been crowned with three BRIT awards and six Global Awards have released a long list of chart-topping tracks including ‘Shout Out To My Ex’, ‘Wings’ and ‘Sweet Melody’. This month Perrie released her first solo single ‘Forget About Us’ which climbed the Official Big Top 40 by Global chart and went straight to number 1.

Sabrina Carpenter will make her debut at Capital’s Summertime Ball with Barclaycard this year. Sabrina Carpenter continues to smash through career milestones after a sensational year having released her highly anticipated single ‘Espresso’ earlier this month and her performance at the Ball will be unmissable!

Breakout star Benson Boone will make his debut at Capital’s Summertime Ball with Barclaycard playing to his largest audience ever. Benson’s sensational trajectory shows no signs of slowing down as he releases hit-after-hit including ‘In The Stars’ ‘Slow It Down’ and the viral song ‘Beautiful Things’ climbed the Official Big Top 40 by Global chart to number 3.

Drum and bass quartet Rudimental will make their return to Capital’s Summertime Ball with Barclaycard. The BRIT award-winning group had one of the biggest tracks last year, ‘Dancing is Healing’, and have collaborated with some of the biggest names in music including Ed Sheeran, Macklemore, and Dizzee Rascal, achieving global recognition for their infectious live DnB performances.

Songwriter, DJ, remixer and producer Jax Jones will get the party going at Capital’s Summertime Ball with Barclaycard. A huge favourite with Capital listeners, Jax Jones has collaborated on huge hits including ‘One Touch’ with Jess Glynne, ‘This Is Real’ with Ella Henderson and ‘Play’ with Years and Years.

Bradley Simpson joins the bill for Capital’s Summertime Ball with Barclaycard. Bradley Simpson was the frontman of British band ‘The Vamps’ before becoming a solo artist this year. He released his first solo single ‘Cry At The Moon’ in March this year and a solo debut studio album is confirmed to be released later in 2024.

BRITs Rising Star 2024 nominee Caity Baser will take to the stage at Capital’s Summertime Ball with Barclaycard. Caity Baser joined Joel Corry at last year’s Ball and this year the singer-songwriter will make her solo debut at Wembley, playing to 80,000 Capital listeners.
