Series 11 was watched by an average audience of 10.6m, 40.0% share which was not only up +17% / +1.6m YoY, it was also the biggest series of Bake Off on Channel 4, ahead of the debut series on the channel in 2017 which averaged 9.0m viewers, 33.8% share. It is the third biggest series on any channel this year for all viewers and is the second biggest series of the year for 16-34s - averaging 2.5m young viewers and a 63.5% share.
