Ed Sheeran confirmed for Teenage Cancer Trust Royal Albert Hall concert

Singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran has been confirmed to perform live at London's Royal Albert Hall as part of the upcoming Teenage Cancer Trust gig series.

He will take the stage on March 28 for a concert that will benefit the worthy organisation and in a statement, explained that he is really excited to help out such an "important cause":

"It's an honour to be asked back by the Teenage Cancer Trust for their fundraising week of live gigs. It's such an important cause and one that I'm extremely proud to be a part of. See you on March 28 and let's raise loads of money for young people with cancer."

Tickets for Ed Sheeran's concert will go on sale from 9am on Friday, February 17.
