'Sledgehammer' beauties Fifth Harmony will be performing live at the National Tree Lighting, which takes place at the White House in Washington DC, later today and they have treated fans to a snapshot taken from the soundcheck.

They shared the photograph (shown left) via Instagram earlier this morning (December 4) and explained in the caption that they soundchecked with none other than music icon Patti Labelle. 

The girls wrote: "Today! We’ll be performing at @TheNationalTree Lighting in President’s Park! Soundcheck with the beautiful @MsPattiPatti at the National Christmas Tree Lighting!! #NCTL2014"

Member Normani Kordei tweeted last night about her excitement over getting to meet the President of the United States, and admitted: "OBAMA. President of the United States. I'm gonna meet him tomorrow. Such an honor."
