Former 'X Factor USA' stars Fifth Harmony have revealed that UK 'X Factor' finalists One Direction gave them some great advice about enjoying and maintaining a career in the spotlight. 

Member Normani Kordei talked to MTV News about meeting the now world-famous boyband and explained how heartthrob Harry Styles provided them with some wise words about fame and sticking together:

“I think the day that we met them we were all backstage – we were all kind of scattered. I think we first spoke to Harry and he was basically just encouraging us to always stick together because we’re stronger together, you know?" 

The beauty went onto add that it's important that her bond with the rest of the girls is a strong one that can withstand the pressures of the entertainment industry: "We’re going to be in this industry for a long time so we have to learn to love each other’s flaws and just embrace each other. Just stick together.”
