Heg & The Wolf Chorus Make It RainFinal of Three Crafted EP’s In Advance Of Debut AlbumFollowing in the footsteps of ‘Giant’, and as the sequel to ‘A Tale of Sailors’ comes ‘Rain’ – the new EP from the UK’s most delightful spinners of yarn, Bristol’s excellent Heg & The Wolf Chorus. Released on Monday 13th April, and recorded at Misterlong Recordings by Gareth James Bailey, ‘Rain’ completes a triptychal journey detailed across each EP. This trad-folk, old British story-lore inspired journey has put the band firmly on the map in the UK amongst press and peers alike. It is to be followed by a full album release planned for 2016 – news that will be warmly welcomed by many who have already come under the Wolf Chorus’ charm. Hailing from Bristol, via Dartington College of Arts and a hippy-commune existence, the band have previously supported BBC Sound of 2013 winners HAIM, performed live at Bristol’s Colston Hall for a BBC documentary on home recording, and were selected for Glastonbury Festival's Emerging Talent long-list by Helen True from For Folks Sake. The BBC are firm supporters of this exciting group, with regular interviews and airplay via BBC Introducing, and they have recently toured as main support for Moulettes.
