Iggy Azalea threatens legal action after pizza delivery driver leaks her phone number
Iggy Azalea has launched a scathing attack on Papa John's after a delivery driver seemingly spread her phone number to his family members.
The rapper took to Twitter on Sunday (February 8) to reveal that she had recently ordered a takeaway from the pizza company.
However, she later received a text from the brother of the delivery driver after he gave out her phone number.
Azalea posted on the social networking website the messages, adding that she could take out legal action if the situation isn't resolved.
The Australian wrote: "@PapaJohns was my favorite pizza but the drivers they use give out your personal phone number to their family members.
And the supervisors at @PapaJohns refuse to send pictures of their employess so you can identify who it is that steals your information. You know, to protect their privacy... Too bad they don't value the privacy of their customers also. #DamnShame (sic)."
The company responded 'We should have known better. Customer and employee privacy is important to us. Please don’t bounce us!', with Azalea replying:
"I don't think data breach is funny. I expect you to contact me to explain how you are going to rectify your breach of my personal information in a satisfactory and professional way or lawsuit will be filed."
