Kobalt today promoted Alaine Fulton to VP, Creative & Clearance Synch. In her role, Fulton will oversee the London-based synch team, including strategy across synch functions in creative, clearance and licensing administration. Fulton was previously Director, UK Creative & Clearance Synch.
