Riskyisme is a recording artist born and raised in Toronto, Canada. His passion started as a youth when he fell in love with music through his uncle who was a known producer at the time. Seeing his uncle work with artists such as The Weeknd, inspired Risky to want to produce his own music which eventually led to him becoming an artist.

Having spent time digesting different genres and sounds throughout those early stages truly allowed him to develop his own uniqueness and style. Noting a gift of the 25th-anniversary edition reissue of Thriller from an aunt, he shares that this ultimately led him to rap music where his inspiration grew to artists like Jay-Z, Biggie Smalls and Drake.

On May 31, 2019, he released his first project "Mood Switch”, which embodied a combination of energy, emotion, and a unique melodic flow incomparable to other artists'. His ability to dabble in various genres makes his project a relatable and timeless body of work.

His most notable records include “BST”, “Thinking Bout You”. Recorded, mixed, and mastered at Cherry Beach Studios in Toronto, “BST” did exceptionally well. Sitting at over 300,000 streams and support on official Apple Music and Spotify playlists.

Having released multiple successful singles and videos throughout the years, it was on April 21, 2023, that sophomore project “LOCKED IN” arrived. Showcasing 11 original songs all mixed and mastered by himself, he expressed the intermission from his debut project “Mood Switch” and set the tone for what’s yet to come.
