Paris Hilton: 'I want to write songs people can relate to'

Heiress and personality Paris Hilton has revealed that she's excited to be writing songs again because she feels as though she has a lot of experience to draw from. 

Speaking to Rolling Stone about her newly resurfaced music career, which has seen her sign a lucrative deal with Cash Money, Hilton explained:

"I draw from my own personal experiences. I’ve traveled the world. I wanted to write songs that are fun. And I also want to write songs people can relate to."

She recently shared the music video for her new single, 'Good Time', and added that her new label is a great place to be and she's enjoying being a part of the Cash Money family: "I'm so happy to be on Cash Money. They’re like family. They look out for me and protect me."
