The Royal Belgian Conspiracy is the brainchild of lead singer and songwriter Moozy. Moozy trained as a jazz musician, but was always more drawn to indie folk and alt country music. He moved to Australia with his family from Belgium as a small child, and then grew up in Canberra. Moozy earned his musical spurs busking in the London Underground before graduating to the stage and, together with Matt Nightingale on bass/double bass and Tedd Nugent on drums/percussion, is busy crafting original, polished indie rock as The Royal Belgian Conspiracy.

“I wanted to write a song that takes listeners on a ride,” says Moozy, of new single The Programming Is Wrong, an unconventional yet highly accessible track which will leave listeners in no doubt as to the band's ability to craft affecting, original music of depth and style.
