Rita Ora: 'Women in entertainment need to stick together'

'Black Widow' songstress Rita Ora has revealed that it's vital for women in the entertainment to stick together because it seems as though all the big decisions are being made by men.

Speaking to Britain's The Mirror newspaper, Ora confessed that women should support and encourage each other rather than tearing each other down and backstabbing each other in order to get ahead:

"I think people take the word 'feminist' really seriously. In this industry, all the heads of labels are men. I have always been very vocal about the women sticking together."

Ora, meanwhile, stars in the upcoming movie adaptation of 'Fifty Shades Of Grey', which is due to be officially released on Valentine's Day (February 14), and she plays the role of Mia Grey.
