Rita Ora admits that she still gets nervous in the studio

'Shine Ya Light' sensation Rita Ora has revealed that she sometimes suffers from imposter syndrome while in the studio and can get plagued with thoughts like, "I don't think I can do this".

Chatting to Cosmopolitan magazine about her own anxiety struggles, she admitted that it sometimes affects her ability to work on new music, but she's lucky to have a great team around her that are nothing but supportive and encouraging:

"Sometimes I get nervous about recording a song in the studio. I’m like, “I’m not ready to record this yet.” Or, “I don’t think I can do this.” So I’m relieved to have people around me who encourage me to do well."

As previously reported, Ora also confessed that she has therapy weekly to keep her mental health and wellbeing in check: "I have someone I speak to once a week. People suffer from it in different ways, but for me it's more about thinking about the long-term goal."
