Misunderstood blew the nation away as finalists on The X Factor last year, and were widely hailed as one of the show’s most credible offerings in years.

The duo are now set to take the industry by storm with a slew of releases planned for 2020, kicking things off with irresistible new single "Ride", produced by LDN Noise. Misunderstood Say “Ride is an out and out BOP! It’s a chilled out vibe, very different to our other music. It was really fun to create - it just rolled out!”.

Ever since they met in 2008, Stephan and Jeffrey AKA Misunderstood have been writing and creating non-stop. They started off making music in their native town of Greenwich, London, and the pair quickly gained recognition in their local area. It wasn’t long before they were playing up and down the country in various schools and music venues, winning audiences over with their sparkling stage presence.

The duo gained national prominence after appearing on the 2018 season of The X Factor, where the British public fell in love with them and their self-penned songs they performed on the show.

Since the show Misunderstood have since gone from strength to strength, playing at Nile Rodgers BRIT Awards party, as well and appearing at British Summer Time in Hyde Park with Robbie Williams.

The duo have also just been confirmed for a performance on a TV show at Miss World on the 14th December 2019 airing to 1 billion viewers.
