The first-ever NBA highlight battle will bring the dunks, crossovers, and iconic cultural moments performed by Naismith Hall of Famers Allen Iverson and Tracy McGrady to the masses in a square-off format.

The early-mid 2000s titans will compete in a live stream presentation of their best highlights in an event to be held Friday, Feb. 18, beginning at 11 p.m. ET from NBA All Star game’s host city of Cleveland. The event will stream live across the Bleacher Report App and VERZUZ Instagram channel. It will also be available on the Triller App.

Joining A.I. and T-Mac will be an epic list of star participants including the VERZUZ battle Commissioner and fellow Hall of Famer Shaquille O’Neal. Renowned recording artist Fat Joe will star as an analyst for the event. Bleacher Report’s ever-engaging Taylor Rooks will be hosting the show and interviewing the guests. DJ Envy will be the official DJ of the battle.

In his role as Commissioner, Shaq will be an ambassador of the stage by "setting the matchup" for each event, introducing the competitors, and weighing in on who he thinks won each round. As an Analyst, Fat Joe is entrusted with giving real-time feedback and advice to the competitors, bridging the gap between culture and sports as a respected voice in the space. Taylor will keep the action moving with engaging interviews featuring each of the participants. DJ Envy will be setting the stage with a musical set before the battle and playing out the action with an outro.

With 18 NBA All-Star selections and six scoring titles between the two competitors, the battle is sure to promise basketball fans their fill of nostalgia, appreciation, and celebration of two of the greatest players to ever lace their shoes.
