Will.i.am track hit with copyright claim

A new will.i.am song is in the centre of a copyright battle.

The music maestro has streamed his forthcoming new album '#willpower' online and it features the Chris Brown duet 'Let's Go'.

However, it has been claimed that the song copies Arty and Mat Zo's dance track 'Rebound'.

Zo posted on Facebook: "I really and truly appreciate all the support you are giving me and Arty in response to will.i.am's copyright infringement. However, this doesn't excuse the horrific abuse you're sending the way of will.i.am and Chris Brown, and it especially doesn't excuse being racist."

Chris Brown meanwhile was somewhat less diplomatic on Twitter, saying: "I don't even know who mat zo Or arty is? I ain't got sh*t to do wit if ur mad or not. Someone asked for a feature on a record and I did it."

He added: "I don't listen to that sh*t half the time anyway."
