“The New York Super-Gig” is a rare once in a life-time appearance featuring Scott Page from Pink Floyd, Supertramp and Toto, Mike Hampton from the Funkadelic's, Joshua David from Bob Marley's Wailers along with Tomás Doncker and The True Groove All-Stars in an amazingly unique performance at the Parkside Lounge, 317 East Houston Street, in NYC, on Thursday July 11th, 2019 at 8:00 pm. The concert will feature Helsinki soul, jazz, funk sensation Sam Huber on vocals. He will be joined by recording artists Regina Bonelli and Natasha Komas.

The event was sparked by a rare New York City visit by Pink Floyd’s Scott Page, who will be appearing on the Mickey Burns Award-Winning Television show, "Profiles." Page was not only the saxophonist and rhythm guitarist for some of the most iconic bands on the planet but is also a technical wizard, entrepreneur and philanthropist. Most recently he has formed a super-group with Drummer Stephen Perkins of Jane's Addiction, Kenny Olson from Kid Rock's Twisted Brown Trucker Band and Fishbone's Norwood Fisher. Together they are Think:EXP, an experimental immersive project selling sold out performances in Los Angeles, and about to head over to Hungary to perform at the O.Z.O.R.A. Festival on July 30th, 2019.

Mike Hampton is a Funk/Rock guitarist from the band Parliament-Funkadelic. He is a member of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, inducted in 1997. His career began when he was recruited as a 17-year-old guitar prodigy by the band Funkadelic.

Joshua David Barrett was turned on to the music of Bob Marley by his older brother while he was still in high school. A Rastafarian by culture and lifestyle he continues to deliver Bob Marley's message of Jah love through his powerful performances and interaction with his audiences.

Leader of the True Groove All-Stars, guitarist, singer, songwriter and producer Tomás Doncker is the CEO of the fastest rising record label in New York called True Groove Records. He has written and produced music for Madonna, Bonnie Raitt, Yoko Ono, and many others. He is credited with creating the genre, "Global Soul." He was also the former lead guitarist of James Chance and the Contortions.

Sam Huber is not only a singer very well known in his homeland Finland, but also an actor and musical theater star. The Helsinki Funk and Electro-pop singer/songwriter has a unique vocal ability reminiscent of Bowie meets Tom Jones. His stage performances are a riveting and powerful anomaly, captivating his audiences and leaving them spell-bound. His ultimate wish is to sing every genre of music. He has recently found himself frequently visiting New York to expand his already successful career.
